Shaconda L. Griffin is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia. Her educational pursuits have led her to Norfolk State University where she completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2006. In 2009, Shaconda graduated from Norfolk State University with her Master of Social Work degree. Her education and career have always focused on her passion for working with children and families. In 2016, Shaconda was licensed by the State of Virginia as a clinical social worker (LCSW).

Shaconda Griffin is an enthusiastic, passionate, dependable and generous young woman who doesn’t mind working hard to accomplish her goals while making a difference in her community.  She has never lost her passion for youth, especially young girls.

Shaconda founded Created For A Purpose, Inc. because she believes when people identify their purpose it becomes easier to focus on what matters the most in their life. It allows them to find direction and stay away from distractions. People who know their purpose in life know who they are, what they are, and why they are. When you know yourself it becomes easier to live a values-based life.
